To clarify: the title is excerpted from Act 1 of Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost. The full quote goes:
"Light, seeking light, doth light of light beguile;
So ere you find where light in darkness lies,
Your light grows dark by losing of your eyes."
It's a warning against spending too much of your life in scholarly pursuits.

More Pennsylvania Pictures -- Fungus
We've been clearing trees on our property the past few years. A lot more sunlight is getting through -- I'm not sure that is a good thing -- and on the stumps we are raising a nice crop of fungus. We don't always stay home. Occasionally we drive around in Coal Country. Here's a bit of what we saw this week.
