The Telegraph offers a ten-point legislative program to respond to the current crisis in Britain -- one that involves withdrawing from the 1951 UN Convention on Refugees, repealing the Human Rights Act, withdrawing from the European Convention on Human Rights, shutting down Islamist publishers and websites, expanding police surveillance capabilities, racial profiling, controlling the nation's borders, and expanding its prison system.
