Debate Takeaways

The Republican debate in New Hampshire was a bore. John King was inept and the questioning was ridiculous, but there were actually two statements by the politicos that are worth remembering:
Rick Santorum on Obama's feckless foreign policy: "Our enemies no longer respect us. Our allies no longer trust us."

Ron Paul on what to do in Afghanistan: "The Commander-In-Chief tells the generals what to do, not the other way around."
Additional kudos to Newt for pointing out how ridiculous questions that reduce complex problems to stark dichotomies are.

Other than that there was nothing there -- let the spinning begin.
