The press has run several stories on Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, the American kid recently indicted by a grand jury for being involved in an al Qaeda plot to assassinate President Bush. The press accounts describe him as having been valdeictorian of his high school class in Virginia. Well, Charles Johnson over at Little Green Footballs reports that the "High School" was actually a Saudi funded madrassa called the Islamic Saudi Academy and that the kid's father was an employee of the Saudi embassy.
Verrrry interrrrresssssting.
UPDATE: Fox news reports that Sen. Schumer is leading an inquiry into the Islamic Saudi Academy and its activities and that it apparently has been tied to other terrorists. Hmmmm.
