Churchill yet again.

When the Churchill affair broke, both the Prof. and his sponsors at Hamilton College alleged that he and they had received death threats. At the time I was sceptical, but had no real basis to doubt their assertions. Well, I was right, James Taranto reports in the WSJ that the reports of death threats were "embellished," that is to say, false. Why should they lie? "We were just being political," they said.
