Genocide among the sea mammals

The BBC reports that bottlenose dolphins [think Flipper] are systematically hunting down and killing harbour porpoises [their smaller kin]. The explanation for the terror, they say, is scarcity of resources due to human exploitation [but then that's their explanation for nearly everything].

OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canada will host international talks in May on what needs to be done to protect the world's dwindling fish stocks from rampant overfishing, officials said on Thursday.
