Brits Diss the NIE

First Israeli intelligence, then French and German, and now the Brits disbelieve the latest NIE.

From the Telegraph:

British spy chiefs have grave doubts that Iran has mothballed its nuclear weapons programme, as a US intelligence report claimed last week, and believe the CIA has been hoodwinked by Teheran.

Some on the left are characterizing the NIE as the CIA's "declaration of independence" from the administration. Maybe the whole rotten structure should be shut down.
