Read Jim Lundgren's piece over at the Volokh Conspiracy on Havel's reaction to the new EU policy opposing human rights activists in Cuba. I share his disgust. But then, I am probably too "simplisme" to comprehend the "nuanced" deliberations of the Eurocrats. Havel is one of my personal heroes and I am glad to see him speaking out on this moral imbecility.
