I hadn't realized that this was available on the net, but of course it would be.

The Dictionary of the History of Ideas: Studies of Selected Pivotal Ideas, edited by Philip P. Wiener, was published by Charles Scribner's Sons, New York, in 1973-74.

This is one of the great reference books. Just check out the list of contributors here.
