There is much more involved in the immigration situation than most commentators are willing to admit. Dick Morris has a nice piece today on the potential political consequences in Mexico of congressional action. They aren't pretty. Fortunately in Dubya we have an adult who understands the complexity of the situation..., and its dangers. Now if only some of the firebrands in his party would grow up and think about the consequences of their actions..., but I guess that's asking too much of congresscritters.
