"Gov. Rendell's numbers have bounced back as voters see no compelling reason to vote against him for a second term and no compelling reason to vote for Lynn Swann to unseat him," said Clay F. Richards, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.No mention of the fact that Rendell has been running TV ads and that Swann has very little money and is attracting few contributors.
If things don't change soon and dramatically you can declare this race over.
