Back To the Drawing Board

From the Washington Times:

The White House on Wednesday fessed up to lowering the quality of public discourse and acknowledged that its sniping at radio show host Rush Limbaugh has been "counterproductive," even as Democratic political committees continued to use the issue in a political line of attack approved by the Obama administration itself.

So they admit that these Nixonian tactics were run out of the White House. Interesting! The enemies list is back.

Let me translate: "We went after Rush, but he's too smart for us so we're backing down."

And, just have to say it… President Bush - who was as put-upon by the press as a man could be - never wasted his time going after individual journalists (or any) and he certainly didn’t take on after private citizens like this. But he was “the nazi fascist” right? Bush also dealt with recessions quite differently.
