To clarify: the title is excerpted from Act 1 of Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost. The full quote goes: "Light, seeking light, doth light of light beguile; So ere you find where light in darkness lies, Your light grows dark by losing of your eyes." It's a warning against spending too much of your life in scholarly pursuits.

Tunisia Trip -- Part Thirty
Our next stop was a visit to Luke Skywalker's home on Tattooine [Actually, the Sidi Driss Hotel at Matmata -- the village of Tatouine is just down the road]. Here's what the place looked like back in 1976 when Star Wars was shot there.
There is now a small restaurant where pictures of the shoot adorn the walls. Here's what it looks like today. A lot of elements of the old set are still in place.
I had a weird moment during our visit when I looked up and seemed to see the spirit of George Lucas observing us.
That was actually one of the members of our group, but the resemblance is uncanny, don't you think?
Then it was back on the bus and on to our next destination, Gabes. As we got further east, away from the deep desert, the impact of man on the environment became more apparent. Note here the terracing of the hillsides to enable olive cultivation.
