Was Viacom the Target of the Times Square Bomber?

Mark Steyn notes that the car bomb was parked right outside the Viacom HQ and that Viacom produced the South Park series that has come under fire from the Islamic extremists. He writes:

The important thing to remember about Iraq and Afghanistan is that, from the jihad's point of view, they're sideshows: The real battlefield is New York and Chicago and London and Paris.
