To clarify: the title is excerpted from Act 1 of Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost. The full quote goes: "Light, seeking light, doth light of light beguile; So ere you find where light in darkness lies, Your light grows dark by losing of your eyes." It's a warning against spending too much of your life in scholarly pursuits.

A Blast From the Past -- Joan Baez In Crawford
I suppose it was only a matter of time before Joan Baez showed up at the ongoing protests near Bush's "ranch." Another oldie moldy checking in. This is a great opportunity for creaky old flower children -- a chance to relive the most exciting time of their lives. Who can blame them?
So, what effect is she having?
AP notes that the free concert she is offering is expected to draw -- hold onto your hats for this one -- more than one thousand people!!!
Sorta sad, don't you think?
Read about it here.
