What Kind of Constitution? David Mack
David Mack, speaking on FOX News, makes an important point regarding Iraq's constitutional process. He suggests that the best way to measure success is not whether the resulting document conforms to Western liberal ideals, but whether it provides a framework within which Iraqis can heal the enormous divisions that plague their nation.
