To clarify: the title is excerpted from Act 1 of Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost. The full quote goes: "Light, seeking light, doth light of light beguile; So ere you find where light in darkness lies, Your light grows dark by losing of your eyes." It's a warning against spending too much of your life in scholarly pursuits.

Walking in the Country
When I'm in the mountains I prefer to do my walking in the afternoon. Early mornings tend to be a bit too damp, especially for someone like me who likes to walk through fields and forests. This is where I wound up this afternoon. The only problem is..., no coffee shops. "She Who Shall Not Be Named" takes a different approach. Regardless of where we are she and her girlfriends get together early in the morning to walk, and they stay on paved paths. Boring!
