To clarify: the title is excerpted from Act 1 of Shakespeare's Love's Labour's Lost. The full quote goes: "Light, seeking light, doth light of light beguile; So ere you find where light in darkness lies, Your light grows dark by losing of your eyes." It's a warning against spending too much of your life in scholarly pursuits.

Eugen Sandow -- the Ahnold of a century ago. One of the first great fitness entrepreneurs and the model for all since. He was the first to make the transition to the modern media when he posed for Thomas Edison's cameras at the Black Moria. The film became one of the most requested items in the Edison Catalogue and is today a staple of film history courses.
