The return of Lebanese exile Michel Aoun to Beirut seems to have caused a problem for some of the reformers. Walid Jumblatt, who obviously aspired to be the leader of the Lebanese nationalist forces, now has a rival and is miffed. The international press, picking up on this, has labled Aoun "divisive." But, as Will Franklin notes, Aoun certainly has an enthusiastic following in the Christian community as well as the support of some "major babes." Check out his post [with hubba hubba pictures] here.
